Lahuji Magasvargiya Vikas Association is dedicated to generating jobs in both rural and urban districts. Through the establishment of self-employment opportunities, we offer training and capacity building for new enterprises. Our aim is to stop rural migration to cities for employment by providing stable and sustainable income sources, ensuring a brighter future for our communities.
Skill Development Training
Addressing youth unemployment, we offer skill development training in computer, beautician, and stitching ready-made garments to women and men. Our initiative equips young individuals with valuable skills, enhancing their employability and empowering them to pursue opportunities in various sectors. By fostering practical expertise, we aim to catalyze positive change and support the youth in securing meaningful and sustainable employment.
Udyojakta Training Program
Our association offers the Udyojakta Training Programme, providing comprehensive information on entrepreneurship. We equip individuals with the knowledge and support needed to embark on entrepreneurial ventures. Through this program, we empower aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and resources required for success, fostering innovation and economic growth in our communities.
MSME Program
MSMEs are important for economic growth, promoting entrepreneurship, and providing jobs. Our association values MSME schemes, offering financial aid, training, and market access. We’ve adopted these programs to support the unemployed, helping them start small businesses. By fostering self-employment, we contribute to the community’s well-being and empower individuals to build sustainable livelihoods.
Training to SHGs
We’ve established Self-Help Groups (SHGs) at Lahuji Magasvargiya Vikas Association where people with same vision unite to enhance income-generating capabilities, promote economic development in their communities. Our SHGs provide extensive training, empowering members to develop valuable skills and earn sustainable livelihoods. By providing comprehensive support, we ensure the collective growth and prosperity of these groups, creating a positive impact on the economic landscape and fostering a sense of self-reliance among community members.
Agricultural Training and NABARD Schemes
We are also focusing on strengthening the agricultural landscape, as the agriculture sector hold a very important place in our economy. In collaboration with NABARD, we provide farmers with essential agricultural training. Moreover, we assist them in accessing beneficial agriculture schemes, ensuring they harness optimal resources for their livelihoods. By empowering farmers through education and support, we contribute to the resilience and prosperity of the agricultural sector, fostering sustainable economic growth.
Loan Support
We help people avail loans to start businesses, and as Lahuji Magasvargiya Vikas Association is authorized by the Reserve Bank, loans from Ujjivan, Bandhan, Bajaj Finance, Sushit Berojgar Swayang Rojgar are accessible here. Our sole aim is to cut down unemployment and boost opportunities for jobs. We provide comprehensive assistance, ensuring that individuals can easily access the financial support they need to kickstart their businesses, contributing to reduced unemployment and increased employment opportunities.
